  • Provide asset, facility and property management services as outlined to trust officers and executors of estates as well as specialized services.

  • Secure an estate once taken over and respond to all emergencies.

  • Provide forty-eight hour or predetermined inspections of estate and ensure residences appear lived-in for security reasons.

  • Arrange for the winterization of all real estate including cottages.

  • Segregate all goods within the estate, pack and arrange for the delivery of goods to beneficiaries, auction, charity, etc., or as directed.

  • Assess any repair requirements within the portfolio, report same, and arrange/supervise repairs once approves have been received.

  • Arrange for grounds maintenance and snow removal.

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of estates and provide complete inspection reports.
